Beşamel Sosu icin:
Yağ ile un hafif pempe kavrulur.
Süt eklenip muhallebi kıvamında karıştırarak pişirilir.
İlk sıcaklığı çıkınca yumurta, tuz ve karabiber eklenip karıştırılır.
Makarna haşlanir.
Tepsi yağlanir.
Hazırlanan beşamel sosdan biraz tepsiye alınır ve üzerine kaşar rendesi serpilir.
Haşlanan makarna tepsiye konulur.
Kalan beşamel sos makarnanın üzerine yayılır.
Üzerine kaşar rendesi serpilir.
Fırına verilip üzeri kızarıncaya kadar pişirilir.
